Nike Kobe 9 Elite Protro「Masterpiece」最初於 2014 年問世，是「大師之路」系列的壓軸鞋款，全鞋有別於過往的低筒樣式，改以近似拳擊靴的高筒外型呈現，鞋身採用編織 Flyknit 面料製成，配色選用紅、紫、綠、黑 4 色呈現，靈感源自經典的「Chaos」小丑配色，鞋舌印有 Kobe Bryant 簽名和 Mamba Logo，鞋後跟的 9 條紅色線條和「KB Ninth」字樣，不僅代表該鞋為 Kobe 第 9 雙簽名球鞋，還象徵他從阿基里斯腱的傷勢中回歸，配上白色 Swoosh Logo 和橡膠大底，讓整雙鞋更加完整。
